In our communities, there is a growing trend in changing the way we take care of ourselves – not just our bodies, but also our minds, spirit, society, and planet. This reinterpretation is a shift from just trying to treat or fix our problems to a proactive and holistic approach to health and wellness – that is, things that enhance quality of life, improve health, and bring a person to increasingly optimum levels of well-being. Artfully designed, über-trendy and ecologically conscious, our progressive art gallery is the ultimate retreat to experience these relaxing and invigorating services. Wellness is no longer a luxury, but a necessary part of our daily lives to improve function, restore balance and happiness, reduce stress and thus, the quality of our lives. I encourage you to let our team of experts curate a wellness experience that’s right for you. Because sometimes we need a stress-dissolving massage or an invigorating session of yoga or spin. At other times we need a motivating kick-off to a better nutrition and exercise regimen or a simple recharge just by hanging out in our lounge or loft with friends. All, while surrounded by beautiful art. Whatever way best suits you, I look forward to taking this journey with you toward living more mindfully and healthfully. At the Healthcare Gallery and Wellness Spa, our mantra "Art is Medicine, Exercise is Medicine and Nutrition is Medicine" is at the core of everything we do but with some serious cool factor. The Process

Initial Consultation

A free 15-30 min introductory session conducted by Dr. Elliott and/or a specific service provider depending on what service or suite of services you may be interested in to accomplish your goals. This is a good way to find out if it’s the right fit for you.

Follow up Appointments

After the initial consultation, we will determine together how often we will need to meet and for what purposes depending on what suite of services you choose. This may include a physical face-to-face appointment or a non-appointment email, phone or text messages responses with your coach or service provider. We know your time is valuable so we can combine a follow up appointment on the same day you are redeeming a particular service. You can choose to also do a video chat follow up with Dr. Elliott if that is your preference. Rest assured, we are always available to you and will accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Packages

For First Time Clients, depending on your wellness goals, we encourage an 8 (eight) or 12 (twelve) week commitment package to kickstart your journey. However, we can customize a program to fit your needs if any of our packages don't work for you. Additionally, we may recommend combining a suite of services for example, nutrition coaching with functional fitness training or yoga along with accent skin tightening for optimal skin toning results for that event or summer vacation. However, a client can choose to do one without the other. Please go to our services page for a list of what we have to offer. Amenities

Front Desk

During daytime hours when the gallery is open, we do ask that all patrons check in at that desk before making your way to the enjoy the art in the gallery, lounge or fitness area while you wait for your service provider.

Before or after gallery hours, your service provider will welcome you and take you to the designated service area so please make sure you have coordinated this with them beforehand.

Guests

Guests are welcome anytime at the gallery during regular gallery hours to browse the art exhibit at no cost. Guests are also welcome to use the fitness studio at any time as well, but please note that they may be subject to a daily guest fee of $10 however. Members may bring a maximum of 2 guests per visit to the fitness studio and they must check in at the front desk and be accompanied by a member at all times. There is no limit on how often a member can bring different guests to the fitness studio. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or trainer at all times.

Laundry

Complimentary laundry service is provided to our members through one of our local dry cleaning vendors. Your garments will be washed, dried and returned to the fitness studio and charged to your account. Kindly use one of the bags provided or ask your service provider in case you need help locating one of the bags.

Shower

  • Luxury shower stalls and shower heads.

  • Free workout towel service

  • Free oversized bath towel service

  • Complimentary quality bath products such as shampoo, shower gel/ body wash, hand and body lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, etc. making it easy and convenient to fit in a workout or spa service before, during or after work.


Pantry Bar

Nutritional pre-packaged portioned meal service provided to our members per request

Cold-pressed juice service available for pick up in our studio.

Rewards Program

Our rewards program is our way of saying thank you for supporting us! You start earning reward points the day you sign up on our app and participate in any wellness service or fitness program at our facility. In fact you can earn points just for booking a service online through our app. Use your points towards other services, amenities or products available at the retail section of our wellness spa. 

Earn rewards for:
  • Downloading our mobile app

  • Booking your appointment through the app

  • Completing appointments with multiple service providers on the same day

  • Spending money on retail (this applies to skincare products, Art or Wondersouth dry goods)

  • Attending classes or workshops

  • Referring a friend

Eco-friendly amenities

We recognize our impact on the environment and continuously look for ways to lower our carbon footprint such as:

  • Purification of air quality by use of the indoor vertical garden

  • Use of variable speed fans including the Big-Ass fan to keep the air circulating evenly and lower energy usage

  • Use of low energy LED lighting throughout

  • Use of biodegradable chemicals for all aspects of cleaning

  • Participating in the full recycling of paper, metal, plastic and glass


Financing Options

Significant savings occur when you purchase a package of services which can be customized to fit any budget or lifestyle. We accept cash and all major credit cards but If you choose, we can also provide you information on how to finance your wellness investment. The decision process takes as little as 10-15 minutes and can be as little as 0% interest rate depending on the length of the term. Call or stop by today to begin investing in your health and well-being.

In-house Credit

As a courtesy to our active patrons, you can incur minor incidental charges whilst in the facility and not be required to make a payment on that day. Please inform your service provider and feel free to pick up beauty spa products, healthy snacks and receive other limited services and be billed on a 30-day cycle. We do require that you have a credit card on file and you will receive an emailed invoice at the end of the calendar month and your credit card billed automatically on the 10th of the following month.

Memberships Available

Limited monthly memberships are available for use of the fitness studio and all its amenities during regular operating hours. There are no long term contracts and therefore can be canceled with a 30-day notice. We ask that you please be respectful of other users of the studio and adhere to the rules and regulations of the gym.

Gift Certificates Available

Give the gift of wellness or art! Feeling good is by far one of the best souvenirs one can give. Any work of art or wellness service including fitness, massage, beauty and wellness experiences etc. can be personalized according to your taste, budget and personal goals. Recommended experiences listed here can be personalized with the collaborative effort between you and our fitness and wellness team. It will combine both education and prescribed activities designed to facilitate positive lifestyle changes suited to your personal wellness, relaxation, and fitness goals. Each experience whether they are bundled packages or single services can be made available in a gift certificate format as a wonderful personalized gift of health and wellness from you.



Policies

Cancellation & No-show Policy

You may be asked to provide a credit card in order to book or confirm your appointment. This card may be used to check out the day of your scheduled appointment or you may pay with cash, check, or another credit card.

Because your appointment time has been reserved for you, we ask that you kindly provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel within 12 hours or failure to to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service or services.

If you have purchased a package (pre-paid sessions), failure to cancel within 12 hours, or show up for your scheduled appointment time, will result in one package session forfeited.


Return & Exchange Policy

We will honor a return or exchange, within 30 days of the original purchase date for any cosmetic products that have not been opened or used.

ALL food and drink products are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
